Scope of works include: • Detailed design of code-compliant, easy to build and cost-effective structures. • Structural analysis and detailed design of reinforced concrete, post-tensioned concrete, structural steel, composite and masonry structures. • Detailed design and structural analysis carried out using computer software packages RAPT, Limcon, Microstran, CompSoft, RCB and SLB. • Preparation of specifications, proposals, contracts and other project documentation.Structural Site Engineer. Scope of works include: • Effectively communicating with the Architect and Builder to provide on-site structural solutions. • Site inspections for reinforced concrete, post-tensioned concrete, precast concrete, structural steel, composite and masonry structures. • Documentation and issue of site sketches and inspection reports.

Works included; • Managing the procurement of contractors by tender selection, tender preparation and tender analysis. • Assessing contractor progress claims and variation claims. • Quality Management by ensuring all necessary warranties, as built drawings, operation manuals and spares are received. • Assisted in implementing and managing the use of Westfield’s Content Management System (CMS) • Ensuring contractors were properly insured.Site Engineer. Works included; • Communication to tenants regarding issues with construction and construction progress. • Coordinating with contractors to fix up defects.
