Hello, I'm Adrian!Since 2006, I've been deeply involved in marketing and sales, leading my own digital marketing agency, ROI AGENCY SRL, since 2017.Between 2006 and 2017, my journey began as a Sales Manager at RT Design Studio, an advertising production agency, where I played a key role in developing websites, logos, catalogs, and more, collaborating with a diverse clientele both locally and globally. In 2012, I embraced the challenge of becoming the Marketing Director at Unica.md - Moldova's first online magazine for women. Under my leadership, from its launch and over the first four years, we achieved a milestone by being accessed by 80% of women in Moldova, according to BATI data.I also briefly served as a Marketing Director at Target Group, an advertising agency, where I led a team of 5 specialists and collaborated with banking and insurance institutions, as well as multinationals in Chișinău.Since 2017, stepping into the shoes of an entrepreneur, I have gained firsthand understanding of what it means to be a business owner who invests in marketing. It's a role that goes beyond being just a marketing specialist crafting strategies, implementing campaigns, and creating websites or other advertising materials.Over the years, my team and I have worked with more than 50 e-commerce distribution companies across various sectors, including car audio systems, musical instruments, dental clinic supplies, electronic products, women's jewelry and clothing, car tires, thermo-hydro-sanitary equipment, car servicing and vulcanization equipment, and cosmetic products. We have consistently generated significant revenue increases, achieving 2-3 times growth in most of our collaborations.
