Here at Auchan:- I manage about 82 employees- I bring my contribution in making the difference between me and other competitors,- I ensure the existence of the entire product range,- I am actively involved in the recruitment-employment-training program for new segment managers,- I effectively and formally accompany the segment managers in their activity,- I ensure the relevant assessment of subordinate staff,- I ensure the monitoring and piloting of performance indicators,- I look for and apply the innovation and attractiveness of the operations within the subordinated segments,- I actively contribute to KPI fullfilment, forecasts / budgets,- I ensure the allocation of resources per segment depending on traffic and projects.

Here I managed about 120 employees. My duties: checking and analyzing customer feedback, taking the necessary steps to optimize turnover, secure the optimal merchandise stock, check whether the commercial offer is competitive, encourages good communication between departments, achievement of performance indicators (turnover, losses, expenses, productivity), actively participates in the implementation of annual budgets, recruitment of employees, team ntraining, employment relations, legal regulations.Acquired skills and knowledge:Sales Management, METIMAG, budgeting and forecasting, employee training, budget monitoring
