Responsible for developing the anti-counterfeiting and security business of Bilcare Technologies in Europe, with a focus on pharmaceutical, fashion, engineering, and museum / heritage sectors.

Was the founding CEO with business partner Peter Moran (CTO). Together we managed the growth of the company developing new IP, generating partnerships, raising venture finance and securing customers, before the business was sold to Bilcare in late 2007. During this time, I worked in both Singapore and later at the subsidiary in Padova, Italy.

Managed the OLED demonstrator programme to showcase IMRE's display technology, founded ON-Singapore (the OLED Network of Singapore), was the Institute's lead facilitator for Operational and Technology Roadmapping, and co-invented and worked on anti-counterfeiting materials; a project that was later spun-off as Singular ID.

Worked on field electron emission devices for flat panel display applications, managing a R&D team to deliver novel device materials for prototype QVGA displays.
