• Opportunity generation through targeted prospects.• Proposal and opportunity management - role includes proposal writing.• Contact with C-Level technical, executive management and any project/budgetowner.• Develop, execute, and monitor the sales plan in accordance with Capgemini NAexpectations.• Review and help determine quotas set by Capgemini NA.• Hire Consultants for the different several projects.• Manage different client, prospects and accounts in the country.• Maintain Salesforce and other internal tools updated accordingly.• Cross-functional teamwork throughout the organization.• Reports directly to the Management of Capgemini NA.• Support Capgemini Consultants within the projects when required.• Travel to different locations to follow-up current projects.• Train new Business Development Managers and HR specialists.• Partner with other Capgemini sourcing and business development teams to identify andpursue joint collaboration opportunities.• Support different Global and Key Account Managers in local activities andprojects.• Attend Automotive Industry events in Mexico.• Perform additional duties as required.
