Lightspeed's annual Summer Fellowship gives entrepreneurs the resources, guidance, and connections they need to grow their ventures. This year, 8 teams were selected to participate out of nearly 300 applications.

The objective of the European Operations Field Program is to develop a diverse group of high potential employees in Operations (Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Engineering, Safety Management) for leadership positions. It is a Rotational program in three different industries, in at least three different assignments, in three different countries.
