Provide business and IT consulting services to small businesses in the North Jersey area including network and IT management and support, PCI Compliance, project management, marketing, communications, graphic design, and market analysis.

Provided technical and instructional support for instructional technology initiatives in all Paterson Public Schools and district offices. Provided staff development in the effective use of technology in instruction to all classroom teachers, interdisciplinary coaches, school administrators, and central office staff. Key topics include using iPads for instruction, enhancing lessons with an interactive whiteboard, student response systems as formative assessment tools, using Skype as a distance learning tool, and GoogleDocs for collaborative learning and data collection. Co-wrote successfully awarded $2.3 million federally-funded TALENT21 grant for one-to-one mobile computing and project-based learning in 7 public and 2 non-public schools. Co-wrote District Three-Year Technology Plan for 2010-2013 that focuses on developing 21st century skills through project-based learning. Analyzed assessment data for Renaissance STAR Math/Reading and NJASK to determine student growth and plan initiatives. Improved usage of all District curriculum software initiatives such as Success-Maker, Scholastic ReadAbout, Waterford and ThinkingReader through more efficient centralized management of each program. Designed and developed new District Intranet to serve as a resource portal for teachers with links to district-subscribed resources and other free educational sites and software as well as news and information regarding current instructional technology initiatives.
