Responsibilities as delivery manager:1. Business development • Identify business opportunities, actively participating to the intake of new customers/projects and growing the level of collaboration with the customer to a higher level of involvement from Yonder’s side• Start/Initiate new collaborations with current and future clients• Design and set up the collaboration model between Yonder and different partners/clients describe clear roles and responsibilities.2. Manage Project Life Cycle• Provide overall development project leadership on several projects for Belgium and Nederland market, direct project teams in the delivery of high-quality products within committed time and budget;• define the scope of the project, define the project plan, set-up project baselines(scope, time, budget) and the project approach • manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project and reports the status of the project periodically • define, measure and report project KPIs related to delivery, productivity, quality. • invoicing and forecasting• play the consultant/adviser role inside the teams and with the customers when it comes to Agile planning, delivery and continuous process improvement. 3. Ensure Client Satisfaction and Employee Satisfaction• One of the main focus is customer satisfaction from that perspective the main responsibility is to deliver according to the agreements and to have regular communication with the customers at different levels, maintaining a good relationship within the accounts• Performance management, evaluate the team, set objectives and propose different training, support a good and constructive attitude into the team, assure employee satisfaction by establishing a supportive environment.

Responsibilities as process improvement manager:• focus on continuous process improvement across the organization, offer support to implement the standards and best practices across multiple projects• organize and lead the Process Engineering Group in Yonder (PEG), the responsibility of the group is to analyze, define and review the Yonder management and technical processes; the main role of PEG is to continuously improves Yonder outsourcing delivery capabilities in terms of effectiveness and added value in development of product software• continually improve the processes related to project management, risk management, configuration management, technical/architectural solution, requirement management, verification and validation, product and process quality assurance • prepare default configurations for tools to support the process implementation across all the projects from organization (Jira, Confluence, Hudson, Jenkins, Maven, TFS, SVN, etc) • make overall company training on process improvement, share best practices across multiple projects and across multiple clients, I had more than 20 presentations related to software development best practices during the year 2013 . The main achievement for the PEG inYonder was that in 2012 we've manage to obtain CMMI Maturity Level 3.
