About Adrian Coy

I have a passion for using analytics to build better customer experiences, make more engaged customers and ultimately help businesses succeed.Through my career of the past 25 years I have built analytics, analytics teams, analytics software and analytics companies, and have had many success stories with the likes of Tesco, Kroger, Safeway, Ahold, Rewe, GSK and Amazon.I now work to help clients use analytics to deliver better customer experiences and differentiate themselves, providing consulting and thought leadership, design and prototyping, and of course the management and delivery of analysis.
