•Firm-wide leader and director overseeing 850 ee firm's culture including events, external assets, community impact, firm-wide initiatives, and market-level initiatives. Directly managed a multi-million dollar annual budget, 5 FTEs, and oversaw 35 market leaders realizing set and dynamic outcomes at a local level. Also managed the Events Team servicing 12 markets’ event needs across executive summits, client events, and market celebrations.•Successfully facilitated firm-wide initiatives including the annual excellence awards program, annual associate experience survey including subsequent analysis with executive reviews, monthly pulse surveys as part of the firm's listening strategy, annual CultureFest two-week online and in-person events celebrating associates' backgrounds with a DEI mindset, end of year gifts campaign for associates and valued client contacts, and several other virtual-based engagement programs to create a meaningful associate experience.

•Nike - Licensing Transition Manager | Partnered with senior executives and leadership teams from three companies for a new manufacturing model. Crafted a comms plan internally and externally, established a transition roadmap, facilitated in-person and virtual workshops during project ramp-up and PMO status SteerCo meetings, drove strategic decisions across work streams, and mapped tech requirements for systems integrations creating digital assets via interviews and multi-partner team workshops.•Les Schwab - Strategy & Business Transformation Leader | Led a five-person team assessing the current state and optimal credit program strategy incorporating insights from internal interviews and workshops with the executive team. Also conducted external interviews with credit program executives and banking partnership contacts, provided industry trend research, and calibrated variable financial modeling to help inform the approach.•Costco Wholesale - Project Manager | Led two critical workstreams (Operations and Member Experience) throughout the integration of an acquisition as technology, workflow, and facilities initiatives were implemented across two years. Created reporting, volume projections, comms planning, supplier onboarding, and numerous other resources to successfully coordinate with internal and external stakeholders. Also managed Account Operations, owned IMO status updates, TSA expense approvals, and the execution of a rebranding effort for new signage across >120 acquired facilities nationwide.

•University of Washington Medicine - Project Manager | Led the functional work integrating a hospital’s staff into a larger organization including managing the project plan, driving policy decisions, reporting PMO Status, facilitating vendor transitions, and data migration.•Amazon - Corporate Development Integration Manager | Partnered with Amazon’s dedicated acquisitions team post-deal close for new devices to coordinate the wider integration team’s efforts to deliver prioritized outcomes within 90 days. Further developed the identity and resources of their burgeoning devices program, including developing eight system process flows and a smart home research paper on industry and competitor trends.•Coordinated Care - PMO Manager | Stood up a new PMO including charters with regular cadences for meetings and communication which broke down silos between departments and helped create escalation paths for leadership attention and decisions. Created a centralized set of financial dashboards allowing the CMO, CFO, and SVPs to make informed annual planning allocations and to add weekly trend accountability.•Dendreon - IT Project Manager | Project manager for two Quality system implementations involving data migration, cross-system connections, workflow mapping, functional configuration, and system validation. Managed 25 resources and facilitated five on-site workshops through both successful project go-lives.•MultiCare - Transition Leader | Owned the HR work stream for an acquisition of two hospitals and a large clinic network of physicians. Managed the transition and project plan through a successful go-live while reporting to the COO, CFO, VPs and the overall transition lead.•Starbucks - Innovation Projects Leader | For three large, complex, and transformative beverage innovation projects, interviewed 20 partners and integrated cross-functional work streams into a master timeline identifying critical paths, dependencies, and risks for VP and Directors.

•BECU - Business and Market Expansion Project Manager | Developed the approach for the retail and loan services business groups to research and document legal, IT, compliance, and operational requirements for their expansion to new markets. Developed subsequent training and socialization documents while driving policy and operational decisions. Drove a pilot program team’s effort to produce an actionable software decision for executive leadership. Developed a dashboard of pilot statistics using mixed data sources, consolidated pros and cons, substantiated cost models, and validated vital opinions for the best strategic insight. Assisted the business and IT groups post-decision for a successful software launch. •Alaska Airlines - Program Sustainability Project Manager | Assisted program leadership in planning and beginning to execute the sustainability plan for a company-wide training program that was being integrated into employee training, policy, communications, and leadership. This group used the program to improve its approach defining its identity and brand for all customer-facing employees.•Span Alaska - Post-Acquisition Integration Project Manager | Managed the operational project plan for a shipping company that had purchased its top competitor. Also managed executive-level communications, daily project status meetings, and actions needed during critical post-close period.•Microsoft - Entity Governance Project Manager | Supported all up project manager for product launches and entity deployment in Brazil including meeting management, project planning, status updates, and presentation decks. Also supported the cross-engineering team for India entity deployment and facilitated workshops for month-end reconciliation including a localized playbook. In the PMO Analyst and Migration Portfolio manager role, worked supporting the overall project manager in tracking project schedules and status reporting to leadership.

Microsoft Services Unit roles included:•MSIT DOMO PMO Analyst and OM Migration Portfolio Manager | Addressed the systemic onboarding problem for new team members by developing an Onboarding Program with a new mentorship program and refreshed or improved resources. It became the go-to resource for the organization. Created executive and modular walking decks to promote the organization. Both were implemented into several DOMO executive presentations as key resources. As OM Migration Portfolio Manager, worked supporting the overall project manager to track project schedules, produce status reports to stakeholders, and deliver executive communications to leadership.•MS OEM Activation IT SD PMO Project Manager | In parallel with the client, managed the OA IT SD PMO Team during the addition of work streams and multiple projects. Designed and produced a weekly status report that went to key IT stakeholders for the OA Program. Managed a team of four Project Managers for four work streams by setting a reporting rhythm of business, updating reporting standards, and providing project support.•MS Software Asset Management Consultant | Personally worked with 400 Microsoft customers performing soft audits on their software licensing resulting in >4 Million dollars in revenue. Became the lead consultant for conflict resolution with challenging audits with a specialty for program buy-in. Developed new program strategies and training materials and executed training with international partners. Led consultants in total customers with overall revenue worldwide and had a 55% higher revenue total than the average consultant across teams.•MS RTG Internationalization Project | As part of the project team had ownership of the Business Process Gap Analysis Deliverable. Provided analysis and presentation work for the technical assessment of systems localized for Puerto Rican and Canadian markets.

As project manager and consultant, was the lead for the IT Analysis Project which sought to explore the future of technology utilization for the county government overall as well as analyzing the technology status quo and current system efficiency. Interviewed the directors of all major departments to discuss their technology utilization and presented to the Board of Commissioners the key project themes in a televised final presentation.

The New Venture Lab (NVL) is Gonzaga University’s student-run business consulting lab connecting students and entrepreneurs. Managed the entire organization including staffing, promotions, video marketing, board meetings, and deliverable quality control. Increased project and program activity by over 105% including active projects and total involvement of leadership team, boards, and project involvement count. Initiated unique local and international University partnerships. Along with Operations Managers and individual project PM’s, successfully completed >40 NVL partnerships and projects with local entrepreneurs and small businesses during two-year tenure.
