With 12 years of Unemployment Insurance experience I currently serve as the Benefits Accuracy Measurement Supervisor with the Mississippi Department of Employment Security. My responsibilities include supervising Field Auditors as they interview applicants to identify and evaluate occupational interests, skills, and abilities. The Benefit Accuracy Measurement (BAM) program is designed to determine the accuracy of paid and denied claims in three major Unemployment Insurance (UI) programs. Further, I supervise and coordinate the day to day activities of the various claims processing.I have the ability to improve, adjust and illustrate the goals and visions of any business by encouraging teamwork and fostering employment commitment. Objectively, my goal is to become a part of an organization that allows me to make a significant contribution to the success of the company.
