The merged organisation has since won several exclusive industry contracts from competitors.Creation of a technical strategy (and down streaming this into a deliverable architecture) for new Post Office Branch/Location formats, and associated devices (including next generation customer self-service “kiosk” devices providing both retail and banking services in branch).Set the technology direction, for large strategic change programmes, including delivering a new approach to ePOS; new customer self-service devices; and digital services to reduce branch operating costs, and improve franchisee experience. Act as the formal technical and commercial (investment) authority for programmes at key decision points.Authorship of architectural guidelines, and principles, e.g. for Cloud, APIs and Microservices.
