• Responsible for enterprise-level support for Vmware and Dell EMC products.• Answer questions related to installation, operation, configuration, customization, performance,and usage of assigned products, verify warranty entitlement and determine appropriate action.• Apply diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes, and recommend solutionsto correct failures acting as a central point of contact for virtualization-related issues.• Regularly troubleshoot complex issues relating to Vmware and vSphere in the customer’s workenvironment.• Perform network configuration, vSAN deployments and maintenance.
