Recent Achievements.I have successfully taken over the management of product deployment. This has resulted in a significant reduction of the deployment costs, this was achieved through: • Managing the development of the IAC code base, to ensure we have simple, reproducible step to deploy the architecture and software.• Streamlining the processes and tools used.• Collaborating with test teams to deploy local test environment to provide ‘true to production’ environments for testing.• Collaborating with ProdOps/DevOps to ensure the safe and successful deployment of the software, with no interruption to the customer.Successfully managed the development and ongoing maintenance of a set Web API’s, Web Applications, and other tools as required. The key parts of this work have been: • Providing architectural, and design oversight of the product, and features being created, and the technologies used.• Collaborating with stakeholders including Product Management, Product Owners, other Development Teams, as well as Test Teams to ensure that we not only build the product right, but most importantly that we build the right product.• Problem solving and solution finding, as well as solid analysis and design skills, to verify that our solutions are fit for purpose,• A drive to quality to ensure that technical debt is sensibly managed, and that it is prioritised as the product matures. Reducing the long term costs of maintaining the product.Successfully created a safe learning environment within the team. Where a high level of collaboration and team work, help drive employment engagement, autonomy and growth.
