I was the direct link between the Divisional Officers and the new recruits, often having to liaise between both with regards to training plans, leave periods and students being downgraded due to health related and personal family issues. I constantly attended and played my part in weekly meetings involving the entire Chain of Command all the way up to the Captain, exposing myself to the in-depth aspects of Management at all different levels which further increased my experience and understanding of the processes that go in to being successful and respected in a managerial role. -
