Red Crowns Senior Living was founded in 2020, is a member of raiSE Singapore and a partner of AIC (Agency for Integrated Care) . • Managed 300 apartments from individual condominium and commercial Landlords, their respective property agents, liaising with URA and MCSTs.• Created and implemented apartment analysis system that successfully secured 100 new individual apartments based on rentals, profit margins and clientele demand.• Worked with company lawyers and auditors to standardize and implemented a detailed company-oriented Tenancy Agreement across all 300 apartments.• Together with company lawyers handled the breaking lease and handing over of 150 apartments due to Covid-19 pandemic and managed to get back 90% of rental deposits.• Worked with different departments and auditors to successfully standardized as well as implemented all Business Development operating procedures.

The UnchartedCo (Ultron Technologies) Top Global Ltd (SGX:BHO) (Takeover from 5footwayinn)• Successfully setup and implemented department’s processes, documentations and new client onboarding / training under the company’s new direction for Ultron Technologies.• Successfully signed on Ultron’s first customers (Beds & Dreams Group of hostels) within 2 weeks of launch.• Trained Ultron’s new clients Beds & Dreams Group (Singapore), Racamaya Golf Resort (Indonesia) and Hardy’s Hotel Group (Indonesia)• Was involved in the Generation 2 Ultron Technologies Self check in kiosk development.
