As Project Manager, my responsibilities are to make sure our clients are happy, our systems offer great features, that users have a good experience, and that we have top of the line service. That isn't where I started though.That was in the hospitality/hotel industry back in 2001. Over the years I slowly moved up from Housekeeper, to Front Desk Agent, Night Auditor, Front Desk Manager, and then General Manager. I improved and upgraded the property I managed in Oklahoma, raising reviews, expectations, scores, and made it successful again. After moving to Washington state in 2012, I was offered the opportunity to work at the Heathman Lodge. My three plus years there were a great learning experience. I hated leaving them behind but as my husband's programming company grew, I was brought on board to be a part of it. My managerial experience and enjoyment in working with people were needed.This new adventure has been fantastic and we are really building something great. At CRISALIS, LLC, I take great pride in working directly with our clients, not just to build their systems, but to make sure they know how important their satisfaction is to us. It's cliche, but their teams become an extension of ours when we work together to design what they want and keep it running.We do not outsource our programming, testing, customer service, or technical support. My team works with each client from the start of their contract until its last day.CRISALIS provides training and data entry systems for clinical trials and we learn more every day. That helps us make those systems better for our clients, clinicians, and their outcomes.
