It is a subsidiary of Woolworths Holdings Limited.Role Responsibilities;*To deliver regional sales growth and profitability targets, through ensuring that the customer is at the heart of everything we do, that all selling and operational initiatives and processes are effectively coordinated and implemented in a sustainable way. *Identifying, developing and retaining highly competent and energised store management teams, who take ownership and accountability for their business.*Based in Head Office, I coordinated my week to maximise my time in the office working with the national team, but also ensuring that my time in store was effective and added value to the team to drive sales and service, including an operational focus. *Setting up key Integration meetings with Woolworths Holding Store and Regional management teams to maximise potential business opportunities. *One of the biggest advantages during my time with the Country Road Group was that I was Regional Manager for all four Apparel and Accessories Brands which included - Country Road / Trenery / Mimco and Witchery. *Merchandising meetings with the Melbourne-based teams every fortnight allowed me the opportunity to influence buying patterns for an ever changing South African market.
