Adrian is dedicated to public service, leveraging data, technology, and social science to design effective policies. He focuses on microeconomics and entrepreneurship, developing strategies to help Latino business owners thrive. Adrian holds a master’s degree in Public Policy from the Harris School of Public Policy at the University of Chicago, a bachelor’s degree in law from the Autonomous University of Baja California, and completed the Leading Economic Growth Program at Harvard's Kennedy School. He is also certified in econometrics, digital marketing, and integrated communications.With experience in government, nonprofits, and the private sector, Adrian served as a legal affairs coordinator for the Mexican government in Baja California and worked at the Consulate of Mexico in Fresno and Chicago, focusing on immigration. He also worked in the technology industry before becoming Director of Policy at the Illinois Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, where he led the Latino Business Policy Institute.Currently, Adrian is the Director of Contract Radar Maximizer (CORAMA) at the Illinois Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. CORAMA, a collaborative AI platform, streamlines the bidding process for small, minority-owned, and women-owned businesses. In 2023, CORAMA was a finalist at the 13th World Chambers Congress, recognizing innovative projects by chambers of commerce.Adrian was recognized among the “40 under 40” Latinos by “Negocios Now” in 2024 under the headline "Dedicated to Public Service." He serves on the subcommittee on Workforce and Training in the Healing-Centered Illinois Task Force (HCITF) for the Office of Illinois Lieutenant Governor Juliana Stratton.Originally from California, Adrian grew up on the Mexico-U.S. border, shaping his bicultural and binational identity. He lives with his wife, Pauleth Jauregui, and daughter, Isabella.
