Pharmaceutical Services Coordination• Supervise and coordinate the activities of other pharmacists and other staff.• Prepare and monitor strategic planning tools.• Prepare operating budget proposals and administrative reports.• Participate in the development of specifications for medicines.• Provide technical support for bids.• Order and maintain stock of pharmaceutical supplies.• Monitor inventory levels using computerized inventory systems (ERP – WMS and TMS), reconcile physical inventories with computer counts, and monitor key performance indicators.• Ensure proper storage, packaging, and distribution of pharmaceutical supplies.• Design specification and a remuneration system for outsourcing logistics, leading to double storage capacity at the warehouse (6,000 pallet positions), delivery lead time reduction (from 14 days to 2-5 days) and reduction in losses due to expiration (overall 0.03% from 2019 to 2022).• Provide technical support for contract management with the 3PL: coordination of the intersectoral committee, monitoring key performance indicators, managing contract costs, carrying out annual inventory counting and internal auditing.• Solve logistic problems and related complaints, implement corrective measures and process improvements.• Participation of the team leading projects: “Pharmaceutics Side by Side” - adequacy of state pharmacies and warehouses (2013-2014); reorganization of drug storage and distribution (2016-2019); Master Plan for Pharmaceutical Services in the State of São Paulo (2018-2019); expansion of pharmaceutical care and rational use of medicines, in partnership with the Ministry of Health (2018-2019)• Elaboration and updating of the SES/SP Drug Guide (2015-2022).• Preparation of drug incorporation proposals, aiming at national submission.• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders – Ministry of Health, community pharmacies, healthcare professionals, government leaders, existing and potential suppliers.

School of Public Health - Health Policy and Management Department• Teach pharmacoepidemiology, health surveillance, management, and health assessment to undergraduate and graduate students.• Supervision of graduate students, engaging in research/scholarly activities, rendering academic service and internship in Public Health.• Conduct research in the field of specialization and publish findings in scholarly journals or books.
