Manage the T-H Marine family of brands which includes the company, as well as 20+ individual product lines. Create new packaging and update existing packaging that can be seen on the shelves in stores like Academy Sports, Bass Pro Shops, and Cabella’s. Update and create new design guidelines as trends change and artwork evolves. Developed and currently manage a digital filing system which includes a vast library of packaging artwork, product images, product videos, digital and print advertisements, catalog files, and all other elements of advertising created at T-H Marine.Design and execute all tradeshow artwork for in-person and virtual shows.Design all print and digital advertisements that are placed in an array of national and international marine industry magazines and websites.Manage the UPC code library for over 4000 products.Work virtually and successfully with a talented Marketing team that spans three different states.Design the annual Marine Accessories Catalog which includes over 2500 products and averages around 172 pages. Create added supplements throughout the year to accompany the main catalog with new products or highlighted product lines.Direct the photography team with suggestions and the marketing needs for photoshoots.Work closely with Research & Development and the technical team to understand each product and create Product Sheets when new items are developed. Develop and execute the marketing strategy when new products are launched.

Held brainstorming sessions with the global marketing team to create new and exciting promotions. Managed a junior graphic designer. In charge of complete creation of all promotional pieces (i.e. flyers, brochures, magazine ads, web banners, website pages, etc.) Prepared artwork within strict company guidelines for promotional giveaways (i.e. t-shirts, magnets, pens, etc.). Upheld the corporate identity by reviewing and approving everything that was created for external use. Created PowerPoint templates and presentations for seminars. Created trade-show booth graphics, as well as other trade-show pieces. Created online surveys for the company to track customer responses for market research. Kept track of all marketing inventory including promotional giveaways and printed pieces. Redesigned the Operon Corporate website and launched on July 29, 2006 with a new global website. I was active in all the graphic elements and editing of the content.
