Involved in depth analysis of large data sets, problem solving, project management, departmental organisational planning, preparing and giving oral and written presentations for a broad range of audiences.Project results include increased productivity, reduced lead time and improved quality and compliance. Also aimed to engage employees to increase process ownership and drive and embed a continuous improvement culture.Experience working in branded & generics pharmaceuticals (oral dose, injectables, biologics, cell therapeutics) as well as over the counter consumer goods and nutritional companies.BSM works with the world's leading life science companies to apply lean practices in all areas including R&D, manufacturing, QA and QC testing. We do this by helping them to implement the long-established but little-understood Real Lean practices of Leveling, Flow and Standard Work, in tandem with the generic Waste Elimination techniques.
