Responsible for production of Milk Powder Product (infant, grown up baby, and pregnant mom).2. Planning and executing production schedule based on stock level finished good, average demand, and production capacity.3. Maintain every aspect such as facility, personnel, document, materials, method, and others to meet up cGMP, ISO 22000, and Halal requirement for production process.4. Implement and maintain Lean Manufacturing basic skill and it's tools on production area such as 5S, Andon, Heijunka, SMED, etc to make overall production process more efficient.5. I was worked on one of it's manufacture in pharma division as Production Supervisor which will produce sterile product (LVP PP Bottle). 1. Prepare all of documents related to production and packaging process that needed to submit for CPOB registration like SOP, WI, MBR, etc.2. Participate to prepare QMS (Quality Management System) that related to quality of product and production & packaging process.3. Participate to design the system of manufacture and flow production & packaging process.4. Supervise construction of production and packaging facility include it's utility and support like compressor, WTP, HVAC, warehouse, etc so that the result will comply to cGMP.5. Ensure that production and packaging machine are installed corectly and can produce bulk that comply to it's spesification or any document.6. Assisting QA and QC to prepare document and execute all of comissioning, calibration, qualification, and validation that related to production and packaging process. 7. Recruiting, training, managing, and evaluate operator to become qualified and competent operator of production and packaging.8. Prepare any necessary that related to production and packaging process like change and spare part of machine, tools, uniform, etc.9. Evaluate all of aspect that related to production and packaging process on line 1 which the result will be used as a basis data for continuous improvement on line 1 and set up new project line 2 (new landfield).10. Directly report of any progress to Production Manager and Deputy General Manager.

I was worked on it's pharmaceutical plant in Cimanggis, West Java as GMP compliance pharmacist.1. Review the GMP compliance aspect of production and packaging process through documentation on the manufacture of batch record. 2. Coordinating with document asistant, production & packaging foreman, and QA operation to compile and release manufacture batch record according to supply chain management schedule of shipment 3. Prepare protocol, execute, monitor, and make an appendix of report for validation process that proceed on operation department.4. Ensure the validity of packaging master batch record by review and revise if there is any change request, deviation, CAPA, and improvement.5. Maintain dispensing system recipe validity refer to current dossier.6. Support to investigate any related to deviation of production and packaging proces. 7. Assisting other GMP compliance pharmacist to follow up other task.8. Participate as Bayer Indonesia employee to make an improvement related to safety, efficiency, and quality issue.
