My expertise in sheet metal works, design, manufacturing, and business development has allowed me to develop and implement process improvements, metrics, and controls that positively impact product attributes and bottom-line results.I am highly skilled in project management, leading teams to deliver goals, implementing a continuous improvement mindset, and managing end-to-end business operations. With my extensive industry knowledge and experience using tools such as CNC programming, Autodesk Inventor, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office Suite, I can deliver outstanding results and drive business growth. My key achievements include successfully project-managing a multi-million ZAR telecommunications equipment project during a total Covid lockdown and subsequent steel shortage, leading the design and development of bespoke products while maintaining adherence to strict quality standards and developing the document architecture that led to Acier becoming TUV Rheinland ISO 9001:2008 certified.Having recently moved to the Hawkes Bay area, I am currently seeking roles where I can utilise my extensive experience.
