I led all marketing initiatives while the business grew from Seed to Series A+ stage with 35 employees. During my time, the client base grew from five to thirty-seven B2B clients, we captured over 30% of the target market, and MRR increased 10x. Co-led the brand re-positioning, website development, and built the lead generation engine and account-based marketing program that converted over 65% of target prospects into Marketing Qualified Leads with 86% conversion to Sales Qualified Leads.Analyzed our data to create content marketing pieces (white paper, industry benchmark reports, industry spotlight reports, and webinars) picked up over 90 press mentions in Bloomberg, WSJ, CNBC, CNN, L.A. Times, and various industry publications.Sense360 was acquired by Medallia (NYSE:MDLA) in September 2020.
