Estudio Henderson strives to change how a person designs the next step in his or her life. After a profound analysis of local and international vocational orientation services, we noticed that no service accompanies teenagers and adults in a self-driven process to analyze, ponder, and discover career and university options from an integral standpoint. Schools, counsellors, and vocational tests each have their say from their expertise, it is still necessary to baste the different ingredients together. Estudio Henderson is born to do just that.

Los Productores was born in 2012 to bring theater closer to the community by producing large-format shows and musicals in the style of the best cultural scenes in the world. In all this time, we have brought more than a million spectators to the theater. Among our most important works: Peru Jaja, La Jaula de las Locas (La Caixe du Folie), Toc Toc, En el Barrio (In the Heights) and Mamma Mia! As Artistic Director, I led the entire business unit with a team of 50 professionals (production, design, commercial and marketing teams, as well as actors and directors). In coordination with the leadership committee, I participated in designing the annual season for our venues.

We opened our doors in 2003. Our organization’s name, La Plaza (translated as The Square), was inspired by our desire to become the public space where citizens come together democratically and see themselves reflected in all human events. It is through new playwriting efforts as well as a contemporary take on the classics that we can put forward key questions that help us better understand our reality, the times we live in, and human´s complex nature. This is our reason for choosing sensitive, current, and deeply necessary issues. In 2013, our program Sala de Parto (translated as Delivery or Labor Room) was born to help develop local playwriting. In 2018, we started a 2-year partnership with The Royal Court Theatre in which Peruvian playwrights develop personal work under the auspices of the Royal Court Program. As Interim Executive Director, I was in charge of leading the entire operational team of 30+ professionals, as well as making sure all areas and their respective teams were aligned with the overall company guidelines.

We are an innovative and forward-thinking co-educational school in Peru with a bilingual education following British guidelines. We prepare students to achieve academic success, to be able to contribute to the improvement of society, the environment, as a way of fulfilling personal and family happiness. Our learning journey starts in Early Years. As Director of the Drama Department, I overlooked the growth and development of the Drama Programme in all three areas of the school, ensuring the best practices of Teaching and Learning and Curriculum Development. Also, I maintained and managed the extra-curricular programme of the Drama activities (theatre productions and other initiatives). I led a Department-wide initiative that changed the previous curriculum from unit-based to skills-based. This change allowed for an enriching, challenging, and fulfilling curriculum for all students from Early Years to S2.

• Led the development of the Arts Programme for the entire school chain. • Designed and managed the Professional Development Programme of all Arts teachers nationally.

• With more than 40 years in the Event Design business, LFBK is a leading company specialized in the conception, realization, coordination and production of the most important events in Peru. • Managed the entire production team of more than 20 full-time staff members in the conception and design of corporate and social events. • Among some of them: Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation Conference, end-of-term Ceremony for Peruvian President Alan Garcia in Government Palace, visit of the Kings of Spain in Government Palace, visit of Mrs. Carolina Herrera to Peru, 100-Year Anniversary of Hochschild Mining, visit of the Princess of Spain to Lima by MAPFRE, among others. • Increased both the company's capacity of event production by 20% and the participation in corporate events by 30% in two years.

• Overlooked the creation and development of the Drama Curriculum in High School. • Directed the extra-curricular programme of the Drama activities (theatre productions and other initiatives). • Actively participated in the design, development, and construction of the Performing Arts Centre. • Actively participated in the creation of a Middle School Drama teacher position. • Developed the concept of 24-Hour Drama, a Middle School initiative in which students stayed in school overnight to create a devised theatre piece in 24 hours. The first edition had 20 students enrolled, whilst after two years, the programme grew to hold up to 200 students and several members of staff per edition.• Overlooked the development of the CAS (Creativity, Action, and Service) Programme.• Created a liaison with a number of different organizations where students could fulfil their CAS requirements. Among others: Crea+ and Un techo para mi país.• Designed and developed the Community and Service Programme in the Middle School, a sustainable initiative that allowed students to gain C&S knowledge in the first years of the MYP and develop student-led initiatives in the latter years. • Responsible for directing and producing the High School Spanish Theatre productions. Co-founder of the Spanish Drama Club, a leading programme in the school theatre circuit in Lima.

Responsible for maintaining the relationships between the theatre and other sponsoring corporations. In charge of the theatre´s involvement among top corporations and institutions both nationally and internationally.
