In this role he was CMO and chief architect of a Global Brand Campaign for Barbados Tourism, in partnership with music superstar Rihanna. Ad Hoc leads social media for Barbados and several specialized initiatives. For VMware, the company created a series of commercials, part of a growth strategy to expand from B2B to B2C.Adrian served as the Creative Director at the Harvard Innovation Labs for four years, where for 10+ years he has also been a mentor to start-ups focusing on building consumer and brand equity. An an alumn, he serves as a Judge for the HBS annual New Venture Competition. He stays close to creative ventures, and was Executive Producer for a short film which was an official selection at Sundance Film Festival 2011.As Vice President of the Global Footwear Division at Puma, Adrian led footwear product creation, a $1.8B business, a 125 person team, including design, from performance to fashion. He was responsible for strategic decisions on consumer trends, market strategy, merchandising, wholesale & retail distribution channel strategy. Over 10 yrs, he held roles in Global Strategic Planning, as Head of Global Footwear Product Management and oversaw rapid growth of the division.
