Adrian is a geotechnical engineer with over 3 years of experience in the mining and civil industry. He holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Applied Sciences (UPC) in Lima. He has participated in projects in Perú, Brazil, Chile, Ecuador, and Colombia. Adrian's experience is related to projects of numerical modeling, tailings dams, tailings disposal management, and waste dumps. Adrian has been part of the consulting staff for the Toromocho project, stages 3, 4, and 5, giving support to the Construction and Quality Assurance team, channeling and coordinating with the in-field team, and comprehensively solving customers' problems and inconveniences. He is knowledgeable in topics of dam monitoring, mainly geotechnical instrumentation, instrumentation installation, and analysis of raw field data and instrumentation plans. On the other hand, he has experience in field tests, technical-economic proposals, work plans, and tailings disposal management plans. He is currently working as a geotechnical engineer for WSP (Alberta)
