This Business Unit executive role had responsibility for the delivery of all HR services as provided by Ceridian in the domestic US marketplace. These services included payroll and all HR Services Directed 450 employees in 28 locations, managing implementation functions for all product suites and professional services offerings, full P & L responsibility with budget responsibility for $80M BudgetHighlight: Developed new web based system for implementation of outsourced human resources solutions and standardization. The system drove increased productivity by more than 50% and reduced non-billable activity by 95% within 19 months as well as reducing implementation lead time.

Responsible for all aspects of business operations for five offices in the Northeast United States for Ceridian. This included all sales, transformation, call center support, service, production and administration.
