I have worked in the restaurant business starting when I was 16. I was a Bus Boy at Tengu Sushi in north Seattle. I also worked at the Watershed Pub in Seattle as a bus boy. I started working at the watershed pub when I was 17-18, here I learned the fundamentals of working at a bar and restaurant. During my later years of high school, I became more infatuated with Enviromental issues and impacts. Marine biology has always been interesting to me because of my love for marine animals.
