• Report to Senior Director of Global Sourcing and CIO of Group IT• As head of IT in Global Sourcing to oversee technology operation, execution, IT strategy, resources allocation to manage a portfolio of IT projects to meet objectives and milestones• Articulate IT strategy and solution to senior management and ensure transparency of IT activities, achievement, and progress to the wider team• Devise, manage and accountable for the IT budget • Devise IT roadmap for Global Sourcing, partner with Group IT teams and IT vendors to drive global and regional initiatives from new product development, sourcing, contracting, supplier onboarding, item master management, PO management, quality inspection, logistics to settlement• Good understanding and experience of all IT area from infrastructure, networking, IT operations, project management, systems implementation to budget management, IT department management• Manage frequent collaboration and communications with business stakeholder and IT teams among the WBA group in UK and US • Ensure all technology practices adhere to group information security and compliance standard• Enable the Automation (Robotics Process Automation, Power Platform), Data Analytics capability for Global Sourcing to support business initiatives and streamline business process

• As head of IT and report to the CFO and COO of the group• Responsible for formulating the IT budget and IT roadmap, people and resource management for IT department• Managed the IT department including a team of 11 in Hong Kong and some local IT support / external IT vendor located in countries like Shanghai, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, India, Vietnam and Turkey• Analyzed business need of the group and implemented appropriate IT solutions for the group to meet the business requirement, priority and IT's resources• Ensure the stability and quality of both business application system and networking worldwide
