The Cyberfort Group was established to bring together products and services in the field of data security by a combination of targeted acquisition, industry recruitment and R&D investment.Backed by Palatine Private Equity, the Group made its initial acquisition in July 2017 by securing ownership of The Bunker, one of the most physically-secure data centres in the UK, and followed up with the purchase of Agenci Limited, an Information security consulting business, in June 2018, and the development of its own penetration-testing business, Arcturus Security Limited.The Group is now in the process of building a unique end-to-end data security proposition in line with the ever-changing regulatory environment.

Led Finance, Billing and Legal teams through period of rapid change following new PE owners (Charlesbank, Boston) and multiple acquisitions (6 in 9 months).

Led the Finance function after a period of significant internal change; with colleagues , prepared the business for a very successful PE exit in a managed auction process involving both PE and trade buyers.
