Director Application ServicesEos Airlines Jun 2006 - Apr 2008Responsible for the CRM program and managed the implementation and operation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0 as the enterprise CRM platform. The program was comprised of 4 major projects covering sales force automation, non-standard and promotional reservation management, B2B web integration and interactive marketing support, with a combined annual capital expenditure budget of $250K. The initial production launch of Microsoft CRM was achieved in less than 3 months after the project kick-off. The systems were used by more than 70 users across 5 different departments in both the US and the UK. Advocated for and led the implementation of an advanced voice over IP (VoIP) call center solution, Telax, a software-as-a-service (SaaS) application, to replace an obsolete digital line system for contact center. Attained sophisticated ACD and IVR capabilities at a fraction of the cost of using a traditional on-premise system, with more than 70% savings in total costs of ownership over comparable on-site systems. Production launch of Telax was achieved within 2 months after vendor selection decision was finalized, and introduced advanced functionality such as skill-based routing, real-time recording, voicemail-to-email and web-to-chat to Eos contact center. Developed integration solution to tightly link Microsoft CRM with reservation system data warehouse to achieve detailed sales reporting down to individual ticket segment level. The integration allowed for each ticket sold in the previous day to be categorized into specific fare group and fare type, with the revenue properly allocated to specific account and account executive for corporate traveler reservations, entirely based on business rules managed within CRM. This level of in-depth reporting of daily sales performance was unprecedented in the airlines industry.
