Principle Project Manager for Oracle HR, Oracle CRM and other ERP related projectsUser Community of 400+The project focused on the integration of a newly acquired Contact Management (CM) and Sales Force Automation (SFA) application to Oracle’s Trading Community Architecture (TCA) using Oracle Application Server SOA Components. The solution focused on an application Integration pattern that served to integrate application data associated with each application’s business process.The project took a Best Practices approach to designing and implementing our solution in order to ensure viability, scalability and support.The project also served to examine and re-evaluate previously defined Business Processes (for older projects previously implemented) and identify gaps in either business practice, solution, or bothThe project also evaluated previously implemented applications and re-designed configurations in order to ensure those applications also adhere to Best Practices as well as Oracle’s recommended designs.
