The goal of this project was to attempt to redefine the internal structure of an Ukrainean org partly owned by the Allianz group and set up clear customer acquisition pipelines.Afterwards, ensuring smooth placement of talent in clients’ projects, by leveraging Ukrainean software engineering skills.
