In 2004, Adrian joined Ford Motor Company where he spent nine years in various rotations within the company. These experiences included; jobs in two transmission plants, five engine plants, and five vehicle operations plants within three countries in North and South America. Additionally, he led tooling activities for Ford's greenfield joint venture in China. Adrian specialized in Kaizen, lean manufacturing and holds the certification as a Six Sigma black belt conducting many types of advanced data analysis over the years.In 2011, Adrian co-founded the creative technology company, Rippld, which catered to quickly building teams for project-based work within the digital media industries (Advertising, Film, Gaming). The Rippld community grew to have a reach of over 17,000 thousand creative professionals and companies across 35+ countries. The platform saw great success, completing projects for many creative groups around the world as well as Fortune 500 companies like Nokia and Microsoft, until folding in 2014 for a new pivot. Adrian combines his product, data science, and industrial/manufacturing/logistics expertise to lead his team around an applied computer vision and autonomous systems product suite, edge computing, and streaming analytics. He also advises and consults with various startups and companies across the country on enterprise level machine learning, data science, product development, operations, and client acquisition. He is the founding partner at Telescopic Ventures, an early-stage venture capital firm focused on applied frontier technology (deep tech / emerging tech) for mainly B2B and Enterprise applications.
