Experienced Human Resources Professional with a demonstrated history of working in the higher education and public education sectors serving personnel.My focus currently is to provide managers and employees the tools to be successful in their current positions. Serving as the divisional human resources officer, I provide essential resources to keep personnel productive. In this setting, I get to wear a lot of different hats servicing the entire employee experience from recruitment to maintaining the day to day operations of their positions to when they retire or resign from the organization. This position is a very rigorous yet interesting role that flexibility, changeability, and adaptability are essential traits to be successful. As the direct and only contact for human resources for the division, coordinating, facilitating, and monitoring employees progress towards development are major components that I possess to carry out the scope of my work.Graduating from college, I developed a passion for providing employees the resources essential to perform their duties. I knew I wanted to help people but wasn't quite sure on what avenue to take to do that. Therefore, the start of my career landing me an offer to work in human resources with school personnel. The need for a young college graduate to introduce new perspectives and innovative thinking afforded my ability to exceed in my HR role. There were a numerous amount of operating procedures and best practices that I implemented to make the school district operate much more efficient. Being able to see the large impact on the district from my contributions influenced me to grow my career in human resources.I am excited to work with departments and department leadership, hiring managers, employees, and senior administration to help provide the resources and tools essential to achieve maximum productivity in efficient and innovative practices.
