Generalist legal risk and compliance role with a focus on Anti-Money Laundering (AML), conflicts and regulatory compliance issues.Working as part of a small team, key responsibilities include advising partners and fee-earners on the AML regulations associated with the KYC/CDD client on-boarding process, in relation to new clients based in the UK and overseas; giving guidance on conflicts of interest; liaising with the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) and other regulatory bodies and assisting the Head of Risk and Compliance and Professional Practice Partner with the implementation and administration of the firm's compliance policies.
