I was initially employed on a freelance contract to cover their in-house designer for a month while he was on leave. I later went on to become a valued member of the team and assisted with many marketing campaigns working closely with the marketing team to achieve some fantastic conversion rates.My biggest project during my time there was being responsible for their annual "Who do you think you are?" expo for 2012.

I predominantly worked on designing emails and Flash banner ads for the major UK technology retailer Dixons PLC as well as some other clients. Ad campaigns often focussed on promoting upcoming sales and deals and had to strictly conform to Dixons CI while still remaining fresh and eye-catching. I also designed the Low Carbon London website where I worked closely with the account director and lead developer to create a positive user experience for concerned Londoners regarding their carbon footprints.

For roughly 6-months I would go into Kindred's offices and help out their UX team by creating wireframes for Camelot and SsangYong as well as designs for Blistex. I was responsible for creating user journeys that enabled users to access important information easily.

I designed websites for Orchid Box as and when they needed my time. One of our bigger projects was updating the look of the Sky intranet site for the UK branch of the company. I was responsible for the design side of the project which client approved with no changes which is almost unheard of in the industry.

As time went on, I turned to focus on the design aspect of the web and ended up working on many projects that constantly improved on my web design skills. I was lucky enough to learn from some of the top lead and senior designers during my time with ILN which truly contributed to the designer I am today.
