Hand Therapist
Current• Independently maintain a caseload of 12-14+ patients (operative and non-operative)per day. Most productive therapist 2019, 2020. • Clinical supervisor for first and second year Occupational Therapy students; advised undergraduate student observers from multiple Twin Cities colleges. • Gained experience working alongside level I trauma surgeons, non-operative sports medicine doctors, nurses, certified athletic trainers, frontline staff in a cohesive, open communication team. • Representative for hand therapy on the safety and security team- ensuring safety and security concerns of TRIA Woodbury are addressed and meet OSHA standards; currently participate on Clinical Practice Guidelines (CPG) committee, educational advancement committee.
