I love art, especially 'moving arts'. You can say I love those 2d cartoons when I was much younger.I knew deep down I will be some sort of an artist. In my first work interview, I emphasized that I did not know any design software but I will learn it with my heart and soul. That grew with so much passion that I kept increasing my knowledge of designs. At this time, I was already training myself to be a Junior Art Director (without me knowing). After much agency work, I decided to get into the next phase which was HTML coding! I started to build websites with pure coding and invested time and my own money to be good at what I do. (Wordpress and HTML5 were not even a name yet!)Next, I threw myself into the 3D world! With no prior knowledge, I researched and kept improving myself. I began to work on 3D modelling and animation projects and even promoted to be an Art Director for the first game company in Malaysia. Our team joined venture with the popular Hong Kong-based comic book series "Fung Wan" (Storm Riders) and built their first online game.Entrepreneur spirit bit me and I ventured to build successful businesses with my then partners. My responsibilities were: - Business & Project Management, Strategic Planning - Art and Creative Direction - 3d modelling and animation - Graphic designing - Wordpress Website Development - UI/UXMy clients were Lafarge Cement, Unilever, Global Knowledge Partnership, Playstation, Nokia, Pfizer, Ministries, Malaysian Police to name a few.My biggest challenge was when I was approached by an Australian company to help them grow their cosmetics brand worldwide. From a small startup, I experienced the growth of the company to a multi-million dollars international brand. Here the new challenges were not in design (even though I helped them with packaging, below the line and industrial designs), I was offered a full-time position as Cosmetics Production Manager. I took up the challenge as I love to broaden my learning horizons. I manage all their cosmetics production from designs to communication with all their factories around the world.Due to the good connections with different factories around the world, I venture into Network Entrepreneuring which I am the bridge to connect potential customers to factories in all different production industries.
