There’s a level of comfort that comes with over 20 years experience in personal development training, knowing I have knowledge and experience to draw on in my sessions, either in a real room or through virtual engagement.I believe everybody has it in them to be confident, be that as them self, as a leader, a presenter or communicator; all I do is show them how to access that which is within already. And, we all have these abilities in us.The greatest compliments I receive relate to the atmosphere I generate in a training room, which allows people to relax and trust they are safe to stretch without judgement. Stretching is an important part of developing; but knowing how and where to stretch matters, and that’s where a relaxed atmosphere and experience come to bear. My first book is called ‘Pieces of the Possible’, written as a story to help people create personal change.My second book, coming out this year, is called ‘The ABC of Being’ and shows how to re-connect with an innate state of mental and physical stillness, from which all else comes.
