I am a passionate social researcher with a geek soul, a combination that allows me to tackle research problems with a methodical rhythm, a pragmatic vision and an innovative spirit.When I was a kid I loved taking toys apart to see how they worked, and as an adult I love getting into people's minds and world to understand how they think.I created Gentedemente to lead Agile Research projects, combining methodological solidity with the flexibility and freshness of Design Thinking.From this place I accompany clients though the phases of connection with their users and consumers, the identification of insights, and the development of innovative solutions (sometimes it’s about new products or services and sometimes it’s about brand positioning and business strategies).I consider myself a specialist in technology, spirituality, consumer culture, and the relationship between them.
