Visits to distributors in northern Mexico helped build customer confidence in the product and in Technical Concept's technical support. Large end user accounts such as Carl's Jr. and Cuauhtémoc brewery in Monterrey Nuevo Leon Mexico were saved because my visit solved their technical problems with our automatic faucet installation. Assist end-users, distributors and sales representatives during installations or to troubleshoot field issues.Inspect all customer product returns in order to identify root cause and report to Quality Assurance. Work closely with Product Management and International Manufacturers, to communicate product issues and field feedback to initiate product changes/upgrades. Inspect, document and report incoming product while reporting any deviation from original product design. Played a key role in the improvement of the SST valve control module by taking the lead in the investigation of root causes and problem solving. By driving these improvements the incoming inspection failure rate was reduced from 7% to 0.5% in four months. Working with the manufacturer in Israel and visits to Taiwan helped improve the product tremendously.Design and build test fixtures for product design verification and life testing for commercial touch free restroom products (i.e. automatic flushers, faucets, soap dispensers and programmable aerosol dispensers).Design, write and implement program for Koyo Programmable Logic Controllers in order to automate test fixtures which in return saved time and money for the engineering department.Setup, monitor, log and report on test and prototype products to the Engineering Department and to the Product Development Team.Support the QC Department and Manufacturing Departments in using test or measurement equipment, such as, gassing devises for aerosol cans, multi-meters for DC voltage reading on motors and other measurement tools.

Perform preventive maintenance and calibration on electrical equipment (i.e. protective relays, current and voltage meters.)Sustain Operations Department in performing maintenance routine on high power equipment.Organize and schedule work packages and procedures.Maintain records of past calibrations for reference information.
