The key responsibilities are outlined below:- Responsible for identifying opportunities to enhance Parkway’s service experience offerings to physicians, patients and business partners. - Develop and manage a portfolio of initiatives, including programmes and system implementation to improve customer experience and engagement.- Lead the design and development of analytical projects designed to understand key business behaviors that drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement.- Develop and manage overall pricing of Parkway's service and product offerings.- Drive the development and engagement of healthcare related B2B partners. - Responsible for managing Parkway's customer services team, including call centers and front office customer services staffs.

• Full P&L responsibility for RCI Asia Pacific’s CORE member business.• Operational control of RCI sales centers, in Singapore, Australia, India and China.• Full management responsibility for RCI Asia Pacific’s Information Technology group. • Design sales center budgets and business plans and ensure effective implementation against approved company financial plans and budgets.• Develop and execute operations, sales and service strategies to maximize sales productivity and revenue on a constant basis• Establish and implement sales standards, processes, systems to ensure maximum productivity of sales center operations in order to maximize revenue and minimize cost of sale.• Develop and maintain value-based relationships with key business partners to deliver on joint revenue commitments.• Develop, monitor and improve the application of IT, technology systems and telephony infrastructure, including policies, procedures, operating structures, and process flow.• Drive seamless operations and work relationship with other business units and departments to deliver forecasted business results• Increase sales operation efficiency implementing best practices in the region as well as global initiatives aligned to the local business environment
• Manage a team of Partner Managers, responsible for key strategic partners including Intel, EMC, Microsoft, Oracle, RedHat, Novell, Altiris and SAP.• Developed a partner leveraged model which rapidly accelerate Dell’s ability to sell key enterprise solutions in Asia Pacific.• Geographical responsibilities include South Asia, ANZ, China/HK, Korea and India.• Develop and establish go to market strategy with key industry partners, including identifying value propositions, market opportunities, setting joint goals, resource investment plan and partner field engagement model. • Drive the execution of the go to market plan, including readiness plan, attainment of revenue targets, marketing and demand generation activities, and field sales engagement.• Support region/country GMs in resource investments, field sales readiness and partner sales engagement• Enhance Dell’s enterprise credibility through joint PR activities, and customer references.• Establish operational capability for solution sales to accelerate server and storage market penetration, growth and improve profitability in Asia Pacific.
