Project managed and implemented a new ERP system across 5 stores. Systems were implemented on time and under budget.Developed a model to determine sales staff efficiency used for rewarding staff.Completed statutory reporting and internal reporting requirements.Re-engineered point of sale and back office procedures resulting in financial year reports completed within weeks rather than months.
