Lead the scoping, conceptual design of a new 'Going Digital' initiative by the Valuer-General Victoria

Lead a workstream of the Roadmap Program at the Victorian School Building Authority (VSBA) of the Department of Education and Training, State Government of Victoria. Delivered an integrated environment for managing and delivering key information inputs and outputs over the full information lifecycle to support new business objectives being achieved through a transformational program of work to facilitate changing the way its people work, improving business processes and new enabling technologies, including design and development of a new SharePoint EDRMS and Project Budget Estimating system.

• Implemented new corporate standardised SAP business processes in Procurement, Contracts Management System and Global Trade Service process areas for Group Functions within head office and corporate offices globally• Managed key phases of project testing for Supply pod, including detailed resource scheduling• Planned and coordinated Supply pod project resources to resolve implementation issues• Liaised with Supply and Legal business leaders to address impacts of process changes
