The Global DTI Business Partner has the overall responsibility to serve as the strategic partner, trusted advisory, thought leader, business processes influencer, and interface with assigned global business units or functional areas for the purpose of solution discovery, strategy planning, demand management, relationship management and value adding capture.Responsible for counseling executive leaders of the business on technology, leading a team of business analyst to understand the real needs, helping translate and convey those needs to the delivery organization. Act as a conduit to bring the full breadth of DTI’s technology capabilities to our internal customers within your business.•Serve as the business relationship link between business units and DTI at the executive level•Be a consultative partner to business executives on all technology topics and provide highly valued strategic consulting level support and guidance through key IT decisions and initiatives•Partner with business leadership and other key stakeholders to define opportunities and identify and prioritize projects based on predefined criteria (e.g., return on investment, productivity, compliance) •Communicate decisions, priorities, and relevant project information to appropriate levels of staff regarding business unit requests and projects and initiatives•Provide opportunities to build competitive advantage, improve efficiency and effectiveness of business units•Drive discipline in demand management and portfolio prioritization within the market•Be an advocate for business needs through the integrated technology governance process•Drive a rigorous and standard process understand requirements and business cases•Understand DTI technology capabilities and constraints to deliver on business needs•Initiate and leads teams through change by communicating a compelling case for change.•Ensure compliance with local laws, Health care authorities and other country and regional government entities.
