This includes working in complex, post-conflict environments. As well as project reviews, I have undertaken counsultancy assignements on conflict transformation in Kenya for Excellent Development UK and market analysis for a vocational training centre in Liberia for Children in Crisis UK. Key experience: Senior management with boards of directors/counsellors and partners in charities/local government. An MSc in Development Management including an MBA strategy module.  Leading programme and project management/development, funding and implementation. Leading proposals and working with significant institutional donors and funding agencies.  Partnership working and capacity building with multiple stakeholders and organisations. Monitoring and evaluation frameworks including, log-frames and theory of change.
