• Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, 3PLs, and customers to ship product and arrange delivery within target window• Establish and maintain proactive communication with all parties and ensure changes in shipment status are shared appropriately• Seek out and attack supply chain problems or inefficiencies with creative solutions• Create and implement a customer service strategy tailored to each customer and guarantee optimum service availability and quality• Using the in-house TMS system, generate supply chain reports and forecasts, analyze the data, and make recommendations for next step actions• Assist with supply chain KPI tracking, maintenance, and continued development• Offer center of excellence for documentation, compliance, routing and rate information

• Ensure efficient movement of goods in compliance with company policies, procedures and local laws• Maintain and retain logs and files, including all the relevant support documents • Communicate and coordinate with all parties involved in relation to materials movement• Consolidate shipments from various PSLs to minimize shipping costs• Generate haz-mat documents in accordance with each mode of transportation

• Coordinate inbound and out-bound logistics with customers and providers• Receive and update material in JDE to reflect accurate inventory• Receive and confirm Sales orders against material availability• Request material production to comply with min/max levels of stock inventory• Schedule, coordinate, & negotiate transportation to meet deadlines• Prepare BOLs and shipping documents for outbound shipments • Coordinate blind-shipments to direct-ship from our outsourcing partners• Prepare product and shipping documents to export containers via ocean & air• Confirm ship date and delivery dates with customers• Confirm and post-goods in the system to reflect accurate inventory

• Receive, evaluate, modify & process orders into SAP• Coordinate and/or negotiate with our terminals, the terms of delivery• Generate sales, delivery, & accuracy reports; interview customer when needed and suggest changes to increase our efficiency • Identify, research & correct service errors as they relate to product, time, and frequency • Process BOL’ and generate invoices• Verify Invoice payment and assist in funds collection when needed• Generate monthly reports to identify trends or changes that may signal continued or change in service needs; and to communicate these signals to territory managers
